Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been married to Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. When he was 13 years old, Richard moved his family out of Nebraska and moved to Casper which was where his dad worked as head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local district for soil conservation.
